Whether you’re brand new to movement or looking to deepen your fitness routine, Pilates Reformer is for all abilities, all bodies, and all genders. It helps improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and total-body tone—without the strain on joints that traditional workouts can cause.
Our one-to-one sessions also include Tower Reformer Pilates, which adds even more variety and versatility to your movement experience. Emma is the founder and passionate instructor behind Rise Pilates Cornwall. After spending over a decade in London—where she discovered and fell in love with Reformer Pilates—Emma became a certified instructor to share its transformative benefits with others. As a Level 4 Personal Trainer and experienced Pilates teacher, she brings a deep-rooted passion for movement, strength, and wellbeing to every session.
Now back home in Falmouth, Emma has created Rise Pilates Cornwall to offer a truly personalised experience for both men and women.
